摘要
Abstract
Objectives To explore the GANUSER with insulin for the effect of diabetes patients with bedsore, and promote wound healing and relieve patients suffering.Methods I divided all the cases of diabetes patients with bedsore from the June in 2007 to June in 2009 into the study group of 8 with GANUSER 20 mL 16u - acting insulin equipped with a 2％ concentration of spraying wound q4h and contrast group of 8 with GANUSER alone spraying wound q4h.I observed and recorded the wound healing and the time taken.Results There are obvious treatment differences between the two groups, the wound surface of the study group was fresh and dry, the infection rate was low and the healing time significantly reduced.Conclusion The effect of GANUSER with insulin to treat the diabetes patients with bedsore is obvious.关键词
