天芪气血微粉片中红景天苷的溶出度研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a method of dissolution determination of salidroside in Tianqiqixue micronized Tablet. Method The content of salidroside was determined by HPLC. The determination condition of dissolution were selected, and accumulation dissolution curves were calculated and drawn.Result The determination condition of dissolution included paddle method with the rotating speed of 100 r/min and water-ethanol solution (70∶30) as dissolution medium. Conclusion The method is simple,accurate, and provides good guarantee for the quality control of the preparation.关键词
