钌(Ⅱ)配合物光谱性质及对DNA光切割作用
DNA-binding spectrum and DNA-photocleavage studies of ruthenium complex [Ru(bpy)2(MDBIP)]2+

Abstract
The binding properties of a new ruthenium ( Ⅱ ) complex [ Ru (bpy)2 (MDBIP) ] 2 + ( bpy: 2,2'-dipyridine, MDBIP :3,5-dibromo-imidazo[ 4,5-f] [ 1,10 ] phenanthroline) with calf thymus DNA were studied by UV-visible absorption spectroscopy and fluorescent spectroscopy. Agarose gel electrophoresis was used to investigate the binding and photo-cleavage of pBR322 plasmid DNA with the complex. Results indicated that [ Ru (bpy) 2 ( MDBIP) ] 2+ bound to calf thymus DNA by partial intercalation and had a good photo-cleavage effect on pBR322 plasmid DNA.关键词
