猪病毒病抗体及病原的检测及分析
Detection and Analysis of Swine Virus Antibodies and Pathogen
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective] To investigate the antibody levels of swine viral disease and provide theoretical basis for disease control. [ Method ] Blood and tissue samples were collected. The antibodies and pathogens of classical swine fever ( CSF), pseudorabies ( PR ), porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome (PRRS) and porcine circovirus disease (PCV-2) were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT- PCR) method. [ Result] The results show that there were CSF and PR wild virus infections in pig farms; PRRS antibody level was very low, and the positive rate was 3.3% -17.3%; the infection rate of PCV-2 was 0 - 9.6%. [ Conclusion ] We should develop a comprehensive prevention and control measures to control diseases.关键词
