简易腹膜外剖宫产234例临床分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the application of the surgery with cesarean section outside peritoneum. Methods:The data of 234 cases in observation group with the surgery of cesarean section outside peritoneum and 226 cases with uterine lower segmental cesarean section in control group was analyzed comparatively. Results :The two groups in age, the time from a skin incision to the baby delivered,the total operative time and neonatal are compared,there was no significant difference , but postoperative exhaust time,postoperative hoapital,there was a significant difference (P＜0.01). The extraperitoneal cesarean compared with traditional intraperitoneal cesarean, there were many advantages,such as the exhaust early, eat early, rapid recovery ,and so on. Conclusion : There is no abdominal operations ,therefore ,the simple extraperitoneal cesarean section has postoperative exhaust fast, faster recovery of gastrointestinal function, eating early, no bowel adhesion and bowel abstruction. It is suitable for clinical application.关键词
