威灵仙痛风方治疗急性痛风性关节炎的疗效观察

Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of Weilingxian tongfeng prescription for acute gouty arthritis.METHODS: 140 cases of acute gouty arthritis were randomly divided into 2 groups. Control group were given oral dose of Diclofenac sodium sustained release tablets 75 mg each time and twice a day,allopurinol tablets 100 mg each time,tid; treatment group received Weilingxian tongfeng prescription 1 dose a day which was divided into 3 parts. One treatment course lasted for 7 days and there was two treatment courses. After the first course, therapeutic efficacy, blood uric acid (BUA), erythrocyte sedimentation (ESR) and C reactive protein (CRP) were observed. RESULTS: The total effective rate was 92.31％ for treatment group and 71.79％ for control group, there was statistical significance (P＜0.05). The levels of BUA, ESR and CRP were decreased significantly in both groups (P＜0.01). There was statistical significance between 2 groups (P＜0.05). CONCLUSION: Weilingxian tongfeng prescription has a favorable therapeutic effect on acute gouty arthritis and lowers the levels of BUA, ESR and CRP.关键词
