摘要

Abstract

A high-efficient cellulose-degradation stain was screened from the soil of rotten straw.The selected strain (YA-14) was identified as Aspergillus fumigatus according to the 18S rRNA gene sequencing and phylogenetic analysis.Single factor experiment and orthogonal test were designed to optimize the fermentation conditions of cellulase production.The results showed that the optimum conditions of enzyme production were 2: 1 of C/N, pH = 5.0 at the beginning of the culture, 0.4 mg/mL of Mg2 + concentration, and 1.0% of inoculation.In the optimizing conditions, after 72 h cultivation, the cellulase activity of the strain was 0.486 IU/mL, being 2.68-t(mes as against 0.181 IU/mL before the optimization.The results of solid- state fermentation showed that this strain had a high efficiency of straw cellulose degradation.
