摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the treatment effect of stubborn epistaxis under nasal endoscopy by bipolar-electrocoagulation. Methods Ninety-six patients with stubborn epistaxis were treated under nasal endoscopy by bipolar-electrocoagulation. Results All patients were treated successfully and cured in 6 months to 2 years follow-up. Conclusion The advantages of management in stubborn epistaxis under nasal endoscopy by bipolar-electrocoagulation were field clear,correctly to find the site of bleeding and easy for treatment of bleeding.关键词
