Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of sorbaglon combined with pulmicort respule on rehabilitation of patients subjected to functional endoscopic sinus surgery. Methods 80 patients suffering from chronic rhinosinusitis were enrolled in the test,in which there were 27 cases of polyposis type Ⅱ stage 1,34 cases of type Ⅱ stage 2 and 19 of type Ⅱ stage 3. In this self-controlled study, one of the nostrils was randomly choosed as the test group, packed with sorbaglon combined with pulmicort respule. Another nostril was control group,packed sorbaglon only. Results The excretions were decreased,the mucosa intumescence was diminished, and epithelization was established in a shorter time in the test group than in the control group. The difference of the average time to get epithelization between the two groups was proved(P＜0. 05). And the effective rate was 88.75％ in the experimental group and 83.75％ in the control group(P＞0. 05). There were no significant differences between the two groups.Conclusion Using sorbaglon combined with pulmicort respule locally is a benefit for relieving mucosa inflammation, shortening the stage of epithelization, and accelerating the recovery of mucosa after FESS.关键词
