Abstract
Objective: Correlating HBV Genotypes with TCM Syndrome Differentiation in Chronic Hepatitis B Patients.Methods: Selecting 163 cases of CHB patients TCM syndrome to differentiate, and DNA genetic type was made, to correlate HBV Genotypes with TCM syndrome differentiation.Results: In five syndrome, damp - heat resistance and stagnation of liver - Qi with deficiency of the Spleen in group B type are already in genotype ( P ＞ 0.05 ) mainly, and compariny between groups was statistically significant ( P ＞ 0.05 ).Spleen and kidney Yang, kidney deficiency, blood stasis resistance within the group are already flashover group C genotype primarily ( P ＜ 0.05 ).compared between groups was statistically significant ( P ＞0.05 ).Each type certificate shall not detect type B and C outside genotype.CHB patients with mild to moderate and genotype primarily B ( P ＜ 0.05 ), CHB patients with seere B and C genotypes， no significant difference ( P ＞ 0.05 ), patients with liver cirrhosis in C genotype ( P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions: In heat - damp resistance and stomach type B genotype with, spleen and kidney Yang, kidney deficiency, blood stasis type winding resistance to C genotype.The severe illness genotype with little relationship with chronic illness, and closely related to mineralization.关键词
