沙蟾毒精抑制肝癌HepG2细胞黏附、迁移和侵袭的作用
Inhibitory effect of Arenobufagin on the adhesion, invasion and migration of human hepatoma carcinoma cells

Abstract
Aim To investigate inhibitory effects of Arenobufagin on the adhesion, invasion and migration of hepatoma carcinoma HepG2 cells.Methods The viability of HepG2 cells was measured by MTT assay.Cell adhesion assay, cell scratch assay and Transwell chamber assay were used to determine changes in adhesion, invasion and migration of HepG2 cells after Arenobufagin treatment.Western blot was used to detect the expression of matrix metalloproteinase 2 and 9 ( MMP 2 and MMP 9 ).Results Arenobufagin could obviously suppress the adhesive,invasive and migrative ability of HepG2 cells in a dose-dependent manner.Furthermore , it was also observed that the expression of MMP 2 and MMP 9 was decreased in HepG2 cells after arenobufagin treatment.Conclusion Arenobufagin can inhibit the adhesion, invasion and migration of HepG2 cells , which may be associated with down-regulation of the expression of MMP 2 and MMP 9.关键词
