Abstract
Objective To explore the cause and nursing countermeasures of the seizure post prostatic hyperplasia operation. Methods According to the bladder spasm symptoms and classifiation,gived all the 204 patients with prostatic hyperplasia psychological nursing and unstable bladder prevention;and keep the drainage tube unobstructed; according to the drainage liquid color, adjust its dropping speed and keep its temperature among 20 ～ 30 ℃. Results Of all the 204 cases, 171 cases were healed; 18nursing countermeasures. The psychological fae tors, urinary infection, surgical trauma, catheter stimulation,rinses stimulation, etc., may cause bladder cramp. Conclusion Evaluating the cause factors of bladder spasm patients, and carrying out some related nursing c ountermeasures to prevent the factors, is the key point. According to the bladder spasm symptoms and classification, giving the prostate hyperplasia postoperative patients some related nursing countermeasures can save time, energy; and reduce blindness; and has good curative effect.关键词
