Establishment of two rat models of chronic renal failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective To establish a rat model of chronic renal failure in two ways and observe the leptin expression in the renal tissue of the rats. Methods 1. Chronic renal failure was induced by 5/6 nephrectomy ( Platt Method). 2.Rats were fed with 2.5％ adenine to cause chronic renal failure. The changes of blood BUN,Ca2+ , p5+ and Scr were assayed. HE and Masson staining were used for pathological examination,and immunofluorescence microscopy was used to observe the leptin expression in the renal tissue of the model rats. Results The changes of blood BUN,Ca2+ ,P5+ and Scr were significantly elevated in the rat models of chronic renal failure. Immunofluorescence displayed difference of the leptin expression in the renal tissues. Conclusions Two models of chronic renal failure are successfully established in rats to show the leptin expression in the renal tissues,providing a foundation for studies on the biologic significance of leptin protein.关键词
