摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the diagnosis and treatment of malignant nonurothelial tumor of urinary bladder.Methods Ten cases of malignant nonurothelial tumor of urinary bladder treated from 2000 - 2008 were reviewed.Six of 10 patients underwent radical cystectomy, 1 partial cystectomy,2 TURBt, 1 only biopsy.Results Malignant nonurothelial tumor of urinary bladder accounted for 4.5％ of the bladder cancer.Ten cases were followed up from two months to five years.The mean survival time was 17.4 months.Conclusion Malignant nonurothelial tumor of urinary bladder is rare, with bad prognosis.Radical cystectomy should be regarded as the first choice for these patients, and comprehesive therapy may improve the efficacy.关键词
