86例超低位直肠癌保肛手术的临床分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the curative effect of anus-preserving operation on ultra low rectal carcinoma. Methods The clinical data of 86 patients with ultra low rectal carcinoma who underwent anus-preserving operation in our hospital during September 2003 to September 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The operation went successfully in all cases. Two cases of stomal leak and three cases of stomal stenosis were observed postoperatively. Anal function of all patients went good in one year after treatment. One local relapse and one hepatic metastasis were observed during a follow-up period of 12 ～ 84 months,42 months in average. Conclusion Anus-preserving operation can avoid permanent stoma and improve life quality for patients with ultra low rectal carcinoma. It is safe and effective, therefore worth promoting in clinics.关键词
