摘要

Abstract

The paper introduces a project which adopts multifunctional CDR chip and MCU to design a user-friendly 10Gb/s BER tester with powerful function and low cost .The 10Gb/s BER tester model produced has already been put into use of BER test of XFP module the design has made a great breakthrough at the improvement of the accuracy of BER test and reduction of cost of XFP module.
