胶圈装订机打孔刀的工作性能研究

摘要
Abstract
Based on design of experiments, several kinds of punch pin used in comb binding machines were experimentalized to research their punching performance. The analysis of the shear forces and their changing situations by parameters showed that the smaller the cutting edge depth of punch pin is, the bigger the shear force is; as the quantity of paper increased, the shear force increased linearly; as the shear speed increased, the shear force decreased linearly or kept unchanged. In the punch process, the shear force curves presented twin wave crests. Finally, based on the changing situation of shear force the punching mechanism of punch pins was obtained.
