微波辅助提取积雪草总黄酮的工艺研究
Microwave-assisted Extraction of Total Flavonoids from Centella asiatica
摘要
Abstract
[ Objective ] The research aimed to study the optimum condition of extraction for the total flavonoids in Centella asiatica by the microwave. [ Method] The single factor test and the orthogonal test were adopted. The factors were microwave power, microwave time, ethanol concentration and solid/liquid ratio. L9 (34) orthogonal test was selected to determine the content of the total fiavonoids by ultraviolet spectrophotometer. [ Result ] The optimum condition was as follows: microwave power 406 W, microwave time 90 s, ethanol concentration 70%, solid/liquid ratio 1:20. The flavonoids content reached 5. 342%. [ Conclusion ] Optimized extraction technology was simple, feasible and stable.关键词
