摘要

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the aging, resistance of the new nano-zirconia composite ceramic. Methods Prepare the nano-zirconia composite ceramic samples and pure nano-zirconia ceramic samples from the nano-zircoma ceramic powder mixed up Swt% alumina (TZ-3YS+5 wt% Al2O3) and the nano-zirconia ceramic powder (T2-3YS),respectively, by the technique of cold isostatic pressing (CIP) and high temperature sintering(HTS). Boil 2 groups of samples up to 30 hours at the temperatures of 132 degrees and the pressure of 2 bars. And then, bend strength test, structure analysis of phases and observation of surface microstructure using scanning electron microscopy(SEM) are done in 2 groups of nano-zirconia ceramic samples. Results After the ageing, the bend strength by 345MPa (34.5%) in T2-3YS and 154MPa(16.4%) in T2-3YS+5 wt% Al2O3. Statistically, the difference between the decreases of the bend strength of 2 groups has significance ( P < 0. 05) . The proprjrtion of m-ZrO2 increased in 2 groups, but the amount of increase of m-ZrO2 in TZ-3YS is more than T2-3YS+5 wt% Al2O3 ( P < 0. 05) . Conclusion The new nano-zirconia composite ceramic with 5wt% alumina is superior to the pure nano-zirconia ceramic in the mechanical stability and inner crystal composition after aging treatment.
