头针快速捻转治疗颈性眩晕疗效观察

Abstract
Objective To compare the clinical efficacies of different needling methods at the same points in treating cervical vertigo. Methods Seventy-four patients with cervical vertigo were randomly allocated to treatment and control groups, 37 cases each. The treatment group received acupuncture with rapid twirling and the control group, acupuncture without manipulation. The symptoms were scored using the visual analogous scale, and the vertigo score scale adopted by Zhongshan medical university hospital before treatment, after the first treatment and at the end of treatment. Results There was a statistically significant difference in the vertigo score after the first treatment and at the end of treatment between the treatment and control groups (P＜0.05).Conclusion A rapid twirling method can increase stimulation intensity and quickly improve vertigo symptoms.关键词
