急性胰腺炎累及左肾上腺的螺旋CT表现
Spiral CT features of left adrenal gland involvement in acute pancreatitis

Abstract
Objective To study shether the sign of left adrenal gland involvement is a valuable CT feature in acute pancreatitis (AP). Methods One hundred and fifteen consecutive AP cases undergone CT scan were included in this study. The morphological features and the density of the left adrenal gland were evaluated and compared with the abdominal CT manifestations of 100 normal individuals. Results The CT manifestation of the left adrenal gland involvement in 115 AP cases were shown as follows: anterior edge involvement of the left adrenal gland (mild type, 68/115, 59％); anterior edge involvement of the left adrenal gland associated with the ahnormalities of morphology and density of the gland and surrounding fat tissue (severe type, 12/115, 11％). Conclusion The sign of the left adrenal gland involvement is a valuable CT feature in AP.关键词
