Abstract
Poly-12-hydraxy stearic acid-polyethylene polyamine hyperdispersant was synthesized using 12-hydroxy stearic acid and polyethylene polyamine as main materials.The catalysts varieties, the amounts of catalysts, reaction temperature and reaction time on the acid value of product were discussed.The optimal synthesis condition was: (0.6% of catalyst, SnCl2-2H2O; reacted at 170 ℃ for 18 h.Under the optimal condition, the average polymerization degree of poly-12-hydroxy stearic acid could be 8.The optimum grafting technology of polyethylene polyamine was as follows: reacted at 160 ℃ for 6 h.The final product of poly-12-hydroxy stearic acid-polyethylene polyamine was confirmed by IR.关键词
