Abstract
Objective To explore the efficacy of “M” mode locked reconstruction plate (LRP) in the treatment of sacroiliac complex injury (pelvic fracture) through posterior approach.Methods Totally 13 cases of sacroiliac complex injury were treated by “M' mode LRP.The fractures were divided into several groups based on Tile typing.Fracture reduction was performed by the maximum distance of fracture displacement in X-ray plain film according to the criterion of Tornetta and Matta.Majecd scoring system was employed to do functional assessment.Results No infection, disunion, displacement or dislocation and internal fixation related complications were observed.The excellent and good rates amounted to 92.3％ and 84.6％ according to Tornetta and Matta criterion as well as Majeed scoring system.Conclusion “M” mode LRP in the treatment of sacroiliac complex injury through posterior approach is a good way to fix posterior pelvic ring.关键词
