血府逐瘀汤促急性心肌缺血大鼠心肌血管新生及对血管内皮细胞生长因子的影响
Angiogenesis Effects of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and VEGF Protein Expression of Rats with Acute Myocardial Ischemia

Abstract
Objective To explore the protective effects of Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction of myocardial angiogenesis and molecular mechanisms rats with acute myocardial ischemia.Methods The left anterior descending coronary artery was ligated to make the model of myocardial ischemia in SD rats.The rats were divided into 4 groups at random: the model group, Shexiangbaoxin pills group, Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction group and the sham operation group, with 8 rats in each group.All groups were treated for 7 days by corresponding drug.After 7 days, all rats were killed and the hearts were taken for detecting cardiac endothelial cell and the microvessel vascular density (MVD).The expression of VEGF at protein level was studied by immuneohistochemical method.Results Compared with model group, Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction could significantly enhance the levels of MVD and expression of VEGF (P＜0.05).Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction can promote angiogenesis in ischemic myocardium of rats.It has protective effect on acute myocardial ischemia in rats.Upregulating the expression of VEGF may be one of its mechanisms.关键词
