清热解毒方对冠心病心绞痛患者内皮素及一氧化氮水平的影响
Effect of Qingre Jiedu Decoction on ET and NO Level of Angina Pectoris Patients

Abstract
Objective To observe the influences on ET and NO in plasma with the treatment of Qingre Jiedu decoction to the patients with angina pectoris. Method Sixty patients with angina pectoris were randomly divided into the trial group and the control group. The patients of trial group were treated by the Chinese medicine decoction of clearing away heat-evil and detoxification (Qingre Jiedu decoction), and simultaneously accept conventional therapy of Isosorbide Mononitrate tablets as same as the control group. The period of treatment was 4 weeks. The level of ET and NO in plasma of two groups after treatment were compared. Result After treatment, the level of ET in plasma of the trial group reduced from (66.72±16.13)ng/L to (40.12±10.75)ng/L, and the level of NO in plasma rose from (43.52±9.55)μmol/L to (65.01 ± 11.98)μmol/L. Compared with that before treatment and the control group, the results had significant difference (P＜0.01). Conclusion Qingre Jiedu decoction can improve the level of ET and NO in plasma of patients with angina pectoris, reducing the level of ET and raising the level of NO.关键词
