Optimization of Extracting Process of Danzhi Jiangtang Capsule
摘要
Abstract
Objective To optimize the extracting condition for Danzhi Jiangtang Capsule.Methods With the wet distillation to extract the paeonol in moutan cortex, then admix its gruffs and other medicinal substances, orthogonal design with three factors and three levels was used and taking the rate of paste, amont of polycose and the content of paeoniflorin as the standards to study the extracting frequency, times and amount of water.Results The optimized extracting condition was to add water with 10 folds, extract for 1.5 hour and extract 3 times.Conclusion The optimized process is convenient and stable.关键词
