Abstract
Objective To establish an accurate method for determination of paeoniflorin in Langchuagnling Granules. Methods Hypersil ODS-2 (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5.0 μm) in an oven at 25℃ was need, with a mobile phase consisting of acetonitril-0.4％ granolite treatment (10 : 90) and UV detector at 230 nm, the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. Result The linear range of paeoniflorin was within 0.608～3.04 μg (r =0.9999).The average recovery was 97.77％ and RSD was 0.62％ (n=5). Conclusion The method is simple and accurate. It can be used for the quality control of Langchuagnling Granules.关键词
