Abstract
Objective To study the clinical significance of deep venous thrombosis with changes of plasma endothelin (ET), thromboxane B2 (TXB2) and 6-keto-prostaglandin Fla (6-keto-PGFla) levels in patients.Methods Quanlitative detection of plasma ET, TBX2 and 6-keto-PGFla was done in 48 patients with major orthopedic operations during the phases of preoperative 24 h, postoperative 24 h and 72 h, and follow-up done.Results There were 9 cases of deep venous thrombosis (DVT) in a total of 48 patients. In these nine cases the differences of levels of ET and TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1a during the phases of 24 h preoperative and 24 h and 72 h postoperative in DVT group were significant (P ＜0.05). While the difference of plasma ET, TBX2 and keto-PGFla between the group with complications and the group without complications at 24 h preoperative was not significant (P ＞0.05), and those at 24 h and 72 h postoperative was significant (P ＜0.05). Condusion Dynamic determination of plasma ET, TBX2 and 6-keto-PGFla is very useful for predicting occurrence of DVT in major orthopedic operation.关键词
