摘要
Abstract
Objective To summarize the experience of surgical closure of the perimembranous ventricular septum defect (VSD) with a "sandwich" running suture. Method From January 2002 to May 2010,there were 52 children with perimembranous VSD underwent closure of the defect with the "sandwich" running suture, and their clinical data was reviewed retrospectively. Result All the closure operations carried uneventfully and no residue shunt or atria ventricular block was found. All the children were followed up at least 6 months, and no defect re-open or tricuspid regurgitation was found. Conclusion Closure of a perimembranous VSD with the "sandwich" running suture can be carried easily and safely with less operative time.关键词
