Abstract
Objective To observe the curative efficacy and safety of the main branch stenting and side branch balloon dilatation in patients with coronary artery bifurcation lesions.Methods From February 2004 to March 2010, the outcomes of 110 patients with coronary artery bifurcation lesions were analyzed.All the patients were treated with stenting in the main lesion vessels and balloon dilation operations in the side branches.And the operation effects of the branch vessels, clinical curative effects, and the rates of major adverse cardiac events (MACE) were observed.Results The immediate success rate after surgery was 98.1％ (108/110),with a vascular compression rate of the side branch of 13.3％ (20/150).100 patients were followed up for more than 6 months after surgery, and it was observed of 95％ (95/100) patients were free of angina symptom, and the occurrence of stable angina pain was 2％ (2/100).There was no MACE happened.Conclusion The short-term observation shows that the strategy of the main branch stenfing and the side branch balloon dilatation in patients with coronary artery bifurcation lesions is safe and effective.关键词
