城乡医疗卫生资源配置公平化的伦理分析
Ethical Analysis on the Equitable Allocation of Health Resources between Urban and Rural Areas

Abstract
Object: To research the problems existed in the allocation of health resources from the ethical direction and provide feasible countermeasures for optimizing the allocation of health resources between urban and rural areas. Methods: By means of sampling investigation of 957 farmers from Wenzhou in Zhejiang province, a research is conducted on the status quo of the allocation of health resources between urban and rural areas in China.Result: Huge gaps existed in terms of medical security fund, medical installations and medical talents between urban and rural areas in China. Conclusion: Defficiency of medical ethics existed in the allocation of health resources is the important factor which leads to allocation gaps between urban and rural health resources and makes the equity of using medical service by urban residents and rural farmers seriously damaged. More effective measures should be taken to optimize the allocation of health resources.关键词
