摘要

Abstract

This article studied the changing situation of DWTT fracture appearance transition temperature under the horizontal and vertical of sample direction in the SAWH pipe body. It analyzed the influence factors on fracture appearance transition temperature from several aspects, such as grain size of material, chemical composition, strain rate, microstructure and defects. The results showed that refining grain, increasing pipeline steel purity, control peening rate of DWTT, control proportion of each construction in pipeline steel, and decreasing sharp defects in material can be favorite to increase pipeline steel toughness.
