Content Determination of Paeonol in Rupiziao Tablets (Capsules) by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To establish the method for the content determination of paeonol in Rupixiao tablets (capsules).METHODS: HPLC method was used to determine the content of paeonol in Rupixiao tablet (capsule). The determination was performed on Waters C18 column with mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-1％ glacial acetic acid (33:67) at detection wavelength of 274 nm. The column temperature was 25 ℃. The flow rate was 0.8 mL·L-1 and injection volume was 20 μL. RESULTS: The linear range of paeonol was 0.008 528～0.076 752 μg(r=0.999 9) with an average recovery of 102.2％ (RSD=1.63％). CONCLUSION: The method is simple reliable and reproducible for quality control of Rupixiao tablets (capsules).关键词
