Bcl-2和Bax在去卵巢大鼠睑板腺腺泡上皮表达的研究
Expression of Bcl-2 and Bax in the meibomian gland acinar epithelial cell at ovariectomized rats
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the mechanism of meibomian gland dysfunction caused by low estradiol at ovariectomied rats. Methods 30 SD female adolescent rats were divided into control group and the ovariectomized group randomly( 15 rats in each group ). Serum estraciol levels of two groups rats were measured by radioimmunoassay at pre-operation and 24 weeks after operation.The meibomian gland were observed using immunohistochemistry methods. Results (1) The estradiol level of the castrated group was significantly decreased compared with that of the control group at 24 weeks after operation(P＜0. 01). Bcl-2 positive cells of the castrated group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 24 weeks after operation(P＜0.01) ;Bax positive cells of the castrated group was significantly higher than that of the control group at 24 weeks after operation(P＜0.01). Conclusion Abnormal expression of Bcl-2 and Bax may be one of the mechanisms of the meibomian gland dysfunction with low level estradiol at ovariectomied rats.关键词
