联合检测cTnI、CRP在急性一氧化碳中毒心脑损害的临床研究

摘要
Abstract
Objective Through observing the change of serum cTnI、CRP levels in patients with acute CO poisoning, explore the severity of the illness relationship.Guide the clinical treatmemt.Meth-oda The serum cTnI, CRP levels in 26 patients with Acop were measured in the first hour 、 24th hours 、48th hour, the degree and heart brain were harmed and divided into groups,relatively analyzed according to poisoning.Reaulto First, the cTnI、 CRP levels in moderate and severe poisoning groups were higher than that in the healthy contrast group on the first hour.24th hour,48th hour after poisoning with statistical difference (P'<0.01 ) however there was statistical difference between mild poisoning group and healthy contrast group ( P> 0.05 ); Second, the serum cTnI、 CRP levels in patients with Acop were related well to harming of heart brain.Conclusions The serum cTnI、 XRP levels in patients with Acop are related well to poisoning degrees and the harming of heart brain, it can be used as an indicative index for diagnose and treatment to patients with Acop.关键词
