西安某医学院校教职工、医务人员及学生吸烟状况及相关态度调查
Investigation of the Smoking Rate and Attitude towards Tobacco Control among Teachers, Medical Staff and Students in One Medical College in Xi'an

Abstract
Objective: To illuminate the smoking rate and attitude towards tobacco control among teachers,medical staffs and students in one medical college in Xi'an. Methods: Using a self - designed questionnaire surveys the whole target population, including teachers, medical staffs and students. Results: Teachers have the highest smoking rate of 25.80％, followed by the medical staffs, graduate students and undergraduates, with smoking rates of 14.29％, 4.96％ and3.64％ respectively; male smoking rate is much higher than that of females (x2 = 668.32 P ＜ 0.05 ); Smoking rate of male faculty members, medical staffs, graduate students and undergraduates were 48.33％, 41.56％, 14.11％ and 7.23％. About 90％ of target population support tobacco control.Discussion: In the construction of smoke -free hospitals and campus, male smokers and young students are the focus of target education population. Tobacco control should be effectively promoted in the whole society through carrying out a combination of environment and institution building.关键词
