摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of Gang Yuning ointment on the analogue wound healing of the rats after operation for perianal abscess. Methods Sixty-four Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: Gang Yuning group and Ma Yinglong group. The pathological changes was observed after operation for perianal abscess and treated with ointments. The granulation tissue of wound was obtained on the 3th,7th,10th,14th day. Results In the wound healing nonage(3～7d), there were more blood capillaries and mechanocytes on the wound of Gang Yuning group than that of Ma Yinglong group(P ＜0.05 ). Conclusion Gang Yuning ointment can accelerate growth of the granulation tissue on analogue wound after operation for perianal abscess. It can promote wound healing.关键词
