Abstract
To investigate the effects of different soil amendments on physiological and biochemical characteristics of Brassica parichinensis in chromium (Cr) contaminated soil, pot experiments were conducted to determine the concentration of chlorophyll, the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT), and the concentration of malondialdehyde (MAT). Results showed that when three kinds of amendments were added to the soil with different Cr concentration, the concentration of chlorophyll and activity of SOD changed and were all higher than the control, POD activity degreased and the inhibition of Cr on the CAT was relieved. The concentration of MDA decreased firstly and then increased with the increase of the addition of lime and lime+active carbon, while the increase of the addition of active carbon decreased the concentration of MDA. By comparison, the improvement effects of three kinds of soil amendments follow the decreasing order: carbon>lime+ activated carbon>lime.关键词
