Abstract
OBJECTIVE: To probe into the reasonable admixture and safety of intravenous drugs in hospital ward in Tianjin area.METHODS: Project monitoring was integrated with inspection.Drug disposal questionnaire was designed and intravenous admixture service of hospital wards was analyzed statistically.RESULTS: 196 ward areas of 10 hospitals were included.The rate of adding one drug into infusion was 65.94％, and And the rate of adding two drugs into infusion was 19.19％.The incidence rate of abnormal disposal was 0.06％.Precipitation and cloudiness were common abnormal appearance.The rate of using injectors with diagnoai cut was 30.98％.CONCLUSION: There are some problems of intravenous admixture service of hospital wards, which require to improve the rationality of drug compatibility and safety of drug use.关键词
