Abstract
[Objective]To understand the characteristics of diarrhea incidence in the Expo park in Shanghai.[Methods]Information of cases with diarrhea was collected through a clinic visit monitoring and reporting system in real time including food and drink.The relationships between temperature and diarrhea were also analyzed.[Results]Diarrhea occurred mainly from July to August in the youth.50.53％ patients with diarrhea were in the ages of 15 to 39.11630 diarrhea cases were individual visitors which counted for 71.87％ of total cases.The Incidence of diarrheawas 20.14/10 million.The daily highest temperature correlated to the diarrhea incidences of the visitors and the expo staff.Food hygiene was the cause of diarrhea.[Conclusion]Similar characteristics diarrhea incidence were identified between the Expo park and Shanghai city.Enhancing management and supervise to food safety in surrounding areas is crucial for diarrhea prevention during large-scale events.关键词
