摘要
Abstract
Manganous dithionate was generated during the preparation of manganese sulfate with pyrolusite and sulfur. However manganous dithionate and mangansese sulfate was nearly generated simultaneously. It would decrease the quality of manganese sulfate and slowly release sulfur dioxide which would pollute the environment.The optimum conditions for removing MnS2O6 from the MnSO4 solution were investigated in this work. The removal rate of manganous dithionate in mangansese sulfate solution was more than 91% when pyrolusite amount was 12.2 g,vitriol amount was 20 mL,reaction temperature was 100℃, reaction time was 3 h and stirring speed was 500 r/min.
