Cold experimental study on dual circulating fluidized beds with dual loop seals
摘要
Abstract
The loop seal pressure drop in different cases and solid recirculation rates of main bed and attached bed were investigated by using dual circulating fluidized beds with dual loop seals in cold experiment.Compared with the results from cold system with single loop seal, the influence of loop seal pressure drop on the solid recirculation rates of main bed and attached bed was analyzed.The result presents a significant reduction in the mutual interaction between the main bed and the attached bed.The pressure change caused by the change in the fluidization velocity of main bed and attached bed is mainly in the lower part of dual loop seals.The pressure drop in the upper part of dual loop seals is relatively stable, which can ensure the stability of solid recirculation rates of main bed.The solid recirculation rates were limited by the part with smaller pressure drop of dual loop seals.The pressure drop limit of dual loop seals is about twice that of single one.关键词
