摘要

Abstract

In order to prolong the life of the inner liner of coke can, a low cost material, Cr13Si5 heat-resisting steel was designed. By OM, SEM, EDS and XRD, its anti-oxidation law was analyzed on chemical constituent and as-cast structure and the morphology, composition and location of the oxide films at 1 000 ℃. The results show that the oxidation resistance of Cr13Si5 ferritic heatresistant steel is good at 1 000℃ because of SiO2 layer and MnCr2O4 layer. SiO2 layer is on the matrix which lowers the oxidation rate considerably. The big size carbides break the completeness of the oxide film, cause the spallation and reject the formation of the early oxide film. But the small size carbides between the austenite and ferrite have little influence.
