Abstract
Objective To investigate perioperative complications in the embolization treatment of intracranial aneurysms and to propose nursing strategy for prevention. Methods The clinical data of 32 patients with complications during embolization treatment period were retrospectively analyzed. Results Symptomatic cerebral vasospasm occurred in 16 cases, ruptured aneurysm in 10 cases, and cerebral thrombosis and puncture site hematoma each in 3 cases. Causes included high blood pressure, bleeding and embolization catheter stimulating, ineffective of anticoagulation intraoperative, and inappropriate pressing or frequent physical activity of operative side without strict braking. All patients were cured after symptomatic treatment and effective care. Conclusion Predictive preventive care measures, timely and accurate information provided to physicians can improve the success rate of embolization in treatment of intracranial aneurysm and reduce complications.关键词
