Abstract
The problems in the teaching of Food Microbiology Experiment were analyzed, moreover, the measures for perfecting the teaching reform of Food Microbiology Experiment were put forward. The results indicated that based on the reform on teaching contents and teaching methods of Food Microbiology Experiment, it had attained preferable teaching results.关键词
