Abstract
The present paper studied the effects of Mg、Si and infiltration time on the preparation and microstructure of Al/SiCp ceramic matrix composites prepared by pressureless infiltration.Increasing fluidity of aluminum alloy liquid, improving the infiltration ability between aluminum alloy and SiC and avoiding the formation of bad Al4C3 on interface were important factors in assuring the scientific preparation of composites.Result indicated that two hours holding of infiltration and aluminum alloy containing 10(wt)% Mg and 15(wt)% Si could infiltrate fully with higher density,which was better technology parameters in preparing Al/SiCp ceramic matrix composites.关键词
