山区农户土地流转意愿实证研究——以山西省武乡县北良村为例
Inclination of Peasant households in Mountainous Areas Towards Land Transference
摘要
Abstract
In the paper, the Beiliang village, Wuxiang County ,of Shanxi Province is chosen as the study object. The methods investigation and interview are applied. And then the status quo of land transference is analyzed from the aspects of private land transference, the form of land transference, the land transference fee, the contracts of the land transference and farmers' knowledge on land transference law and so on.Through the investigation and research on peasant households' inclination towards land transference and the factors that affect the land transference, we are clear-mined on farmers' land transference inclination in recent years. On the strength of the analysis, we put forward the scientific basis for facilitating the reasonable transference of land in mountainous areas, optimizing the land distribution and promoting the sustainable and healthy development of rural economy. The countermeasures aim at accelerating land transference, increasing farmers; income, stringing the development of rural education, increasing the support on three agricultural problems concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers,and standardizing the rural land transference behaviors are put forwarded as well.关键词
