Abstract
Objective To establish the methods of qualitative identification and content determination in Guanxin Shengmai Oral Liquid. Methods The TLC method was used to qualitatively identify Radix Paeoniae Rubra, Radix Ophiopogonis, Radix et Rhizoma Ginseng and Radix et Rhizoma Notoginseng, Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis, and the HPLC method was adopted to determine the content of peoniflorin. Results The spots of TLC were fairly clear with the good separation. The linear range of peoniflorin was 0. 406 5- 5. 284 5 μg. The average recovery rate was 98. 00％, RSD was 1.37％ (n=6). Conclusion The established standard is applicable for the quality control of Guanxin Shengmai Oral Liquid.关键词
