肠系膜上静脉血栓形成14例诊治分析

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical manifestation,diagnosis and management of superior mesenteric venous thrombosis (SMVT). Methods The clinical data of 14 patients with SMVT were analyzed retrospectively. Results Diagnosis was conformed in 4 cases with color duplex and contrast enhanced abdominal CT scan. Conservative treatment was effective in 3 (3/14)cases. Infarcted bowel with mesentery was resected and urokinase was filled in superior mesenterlc artery (SMA) in 11 cases. The anticoagulants and thrombolytic therapy continued after operation. 11 cases were cured and 3 cases died.Conclusion It was difficult to make the diagnosis of SMVT in early stage. Color duplex and contrast enhanced abdominal CT scan were sensitive tools to make the correct diagnosis. The main therapy of SMVT included anticoagulants and thrombolytic therapy and operation.关键词
