和厚朴酚的合成研究

摘要
Abstract
This article provides one way for the synthesis of honokiol: taking 4-Bromo Anisole and 4-allylanisole as raw materials, 4-Bromo Anisole had chemical reaction under 40 ℃ in THF and isopropyl magnesium chloride. Then added with allyl-bromide, 4-bromo-2-allyl anisole was obtained. Under certain conditions, 4-allylanisole generated 2-bromo-4-allyl anisole. Formulating 4-bromo-2-allyl anisole to corresponding Grignard reagent so as to cross-coupling with 2-bromo-4-allyl anisole after been catalyzed by NiC12 ( PPh3 ) 2, Honokiol methyl ether was obtained thusly. After hydrolyzing Honokiol methyl ether, honokiol was generated.关键词
